Shipping Details
We offer domestic and international delivery services. Our delivery is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Friday, excluding local public holidays.
All orders will be process within 3-7 working days. Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.
If you have not received your order within 3 to 5 working days after you received your tracking number, please contact us at sales@rinasalleh.com
Postage charges
a. Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:
West Malaysia – RM 10 per kg
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 16 per kg
b. International Delivery

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns and exchange will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.
However, customers are advised to notify us at sales@rinasalleh.com by quoting the order number and the product details.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including jewellery, bags and hair accessories are non-returnable too.
If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability but note that the exchange is allowed with the same design only. Valid for Normal Price item only.
No Return and Refund is allowed.
